This policy explains what personal data Renii collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

Renii is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact us at hello@renii.co.uk for any privacy-related requests.

2. What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your renovation type, timeframe, and (if you choose to share it) budget range.
• The page you signed up from, to understand which message resonated.

We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) when you visit the site, and we use the HubSpot tracking cookie to attribute your sign-up.

3. Why we collect it

We process your data under the lawful basis of your consent (when you submit the early-access form) and legitimate interest (operating and improving this website). We use your data to:

• Contact you when early access opens and send relevant product updates.
• Understand which types of projects our waitlist is interested in.
• Keep the site secure and working.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following processors:

• HubSpot — stores your email and form responses and powers our contact workflow.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site.
• Lovable — builds and deploys the site; has access to deployment logs which may incidentally include IP addresses and user-agent strings.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep early-access sign-up data for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request:

• A copy of the data we hold on you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data.
• That we stop processing your data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and the HubSpot tracking cookie (hubspotutk) to attribute your early-access sign-up. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
