These terms apply to your use of the Renii website and to joining the early-access list. By using the site or submitting your details, you agree to them.
Renii provides structured information to help UK homeowners plan renovations: indicative cost ranges, planning context, and quote comparison. Renii outputs are informed by quantity-surveyor methods and public data sources, and are intended as decision aids — they are not professional advice and do not replace a chartered surveyor, architect, structural engineer, or solicitor.
Cost ranges are indicative. Final project cost depends on specifications, site conditions, contractor selection, and factors outside Renii's visibility. Renii does not guarantee that any builder will price within a stated range, nor does it guarantee planning outcomes.
When you join the early-access list, you agree that Renii may contact you by email about the service and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing hello@renii.co.uk.
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the site. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and not to impersonate another person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renii is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative outputs, business decisions, or any interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms may be updated as Renii moves from early access to general availability. Material changes will be notified by email to the early-access list.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
